Client Story
Local Dana Point artist April Sanchez came to me needing a logo for a business she was starting to sell her art. She had just purchased a website and was looking to get a logo designed to put on the site to gain credibility and give her business a visual identity icon. After meeting with her, I found she hadn’t yet developed a brand identity for the business and was unfamiliar with branding. I recommended we start with brand identity development so we could better be able to create a logo design that was authentic and true. She would stand out to the customers looking for her specific art.
Through my Complete Branding Process, I helped her uncover and develop an authentic brand identity with her brand values, mission, vision, ideal customers, and brand message.
This gave her a solid foundation for me to design a logo that authentically represented her brand and attracted her ideal customers.

Branded Logo Design
To communicate the artist's brand visually, I designed a logo that authentically represented April’s art business. Her art is loose and illustrative, with one of her brand values being curiosity. She sought a loose, illustrative logo with a natural, moody vibe and bold font. I added a color block sun with one in the color version to anchor the illustration and give it more grounding and depth. My Branded Logo Designs come complete with color, black, and white versions, a complete logomark, a wordmark, and an icon for the client to stay on-brand in different spaces across various marketing and social platforms.
Branded Assets
A digital banner design was created for her YouTube and Pinterest Banners as a brand asset so she could build brand awareness across all her digital platforms.
